Google Ad Restrictions for Affiliates 

Prohibited Terms: 

  • Affiliates must not use terms such as “scam” or any other terms that may mislead users or violate Google’s advertising policies. 

Accuracy: 

  • All ad copies must accurately represent the nature of our product. 
  • Affiliates must not make false or exaggerated claims about potential earnings or the difficulty of the challenge. 

Mandatory Disclaimers: 

  • All ads must include the disclaimer: “Terms and conditions apply. Buying a challenge does not guarantee earnings.” 
  • The affiliate must create ads that are only displayed within their respective country. 

Brand Compliance: 

  • Affiliates must use approved brand language and follow the provided brand guidelines. 
  • Unauthorized use of logos or brand assets is strictly prohibited. 

Prohibited Keywords: 

  • Affiliates are not allowed to bid on certain keywords, including but not limited to ThinkCapital Branded Keywords: thinkcapital, nexus, dualstep, lightning, thinkmarkets, broker, powered by ThinkMarkets,  “backed by thinkmarkets” etc. 

Brand Keywords: 

  • Affiliates must not bid on the company’s trademarked terms or brand-specific keywords unless explicitly authorized. 
  • This must be discussed with the Affiliate Manager before posting. 

Ad Approval: 

  • All ads must comply with both Google Ads policies and ThinkCapital policies. 
  • All ads must be approved by ThinkCapital before publishing. 

Ad Placement: 

  • Any ad that outranks ThinkCapital’s ad should be removed. 

Penalty for Non-Compliance: 

  • Immediate Termination: Non-compliance with these restrictions will result in:  
  1. Immediate termination of the affiliate agreement 
  1. Decline of any pending payments

Additionally, bidding on the company’s trademarked terms or brand-specific keywords without authorization is not allowed. 

 

  1. Where can I place my ads?  

Ads must not appear on competitors’ websites or use competitive brand names. 

 

  1. What happens if I do not comply with the ad restrictions?  

Non-compliance will result in immediate termination of the affiliate agreement and decline of any pending payments. 

 

  1. How do I get my ads approved before launching them?  

Submit your ads to the affiliate manager for review. Ensure that your ads meet all the outlined restrictions before submission.
