Refund Policy
Cancellation Period
The Customer (alternatively, “you”, “your”) has the right to cancel the ordered Services (as defined in the Terms and Conditions), specifically the “ThinkCapital Simulated Trading Program,” within 14 calendar days of purchasing the Services (“Cancellation Period”). This cancellation period begins from the date of purchase and ends on the 14th calendar day following the purchase date.
The Provider is entitled to immediately withdraw from the Contract in the case of any breach by you as specified on our Terms and Conditions.
Eligibility for Refund
To be eligible for a refund during the 14-day Cancellation Period, the Customer must not have initiated the use of the Services by opening any orders on the Evaluation account. If the Customer has already initiated the use of the Services, this Refund Policy no longer applies, and refunds of any fees already paid, or any other costs incurred by the Customer, will not be issued. FOR THE AVOIDANCE OF DOUBT, IF YOU START PERFORMING DEMO TRADES BEFORE THE EXPIRY OF THE SPECIFIED TIME LIMIT, YOU LOSE YOUR RIGHT TO WITHDRAW FROM THE CONTRACT.
Requesting a Refund
To request a refund within the specified cancellation period, the Customer must contact our customer support team at [email protected] and provide the following information:
Full name
Account Number
Date of purchase
Reason for requesting the refund
Refund Process
Upon receiving a valid refund request, we will process the refund without undue delay, but no later than 14 business days after receipt of your refund request. The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase. Please note that it may take some time for the refunded amount to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider’s policies.
Refund Amount
The refunded amount will be equal to the total cost of the Services as specified in the original purchase, minus any applicable fees or charges. If any discounts or promotions were applied to the original purchase, the refund amount will reflect the discounted price.
